HALF DAY TOURS
Managua, Capital City
Managua has been the capital of Nicaragua since 1852. we will visit the main sites of interest like the National Palace of Culture, the Rubén Darío Theater, the Old and the New Cathedrals, the Footprints Museum in Acahualinca and the Tiscapa Museum.
Managua and Masaya Volcano
We will begin with a tour around Managua and then continue to the Masaya Volcano, where a road leads directly to the top of the volcano where you can look down into the crater. After that, we will visit the Masaya Handicrafts Market.
Handicrafts Route
We will visit the Masaya Handicrafts Market, the Catarina town, followed by a visit to pottery workshops in San Juan de Oriente to meet with the local artisans, after which we shall visit the Mimbre Furniture Centre in Masatepe.

Ruben Dario Cultural Route
This cultural route was created with the aim to promote the knowledge of the life and work of our most distinguished poet, Rubén Darío.
We will visit monuments to Darío in the city of Managua, as well as travel to Leon to see the house he was born, the Museum, the archives and his world famous tomb, the latter located in Leon's Cathedral, as well as visit the San Jacinto hot springs.
Tobacco and Ecology Route
In the northern, mountanious part of the country, lies Estelí, where we shall pay a visit to the Miraflor Wildlife reserve, including a trip to the Estanzuela Water Falls, as well as tour one of the many tobacco plantations and factories, currently producing award winning cigars.
Volcanoes Route
This tour will highlight the main tourist destinations of the Maribios mountain chain, including visits to the San Jacinto hot springs and the ruins of the Old Leon, as well as enjoying the scenic beauty of the Cerro Negro, Las Pilas and El Hoyo volcanoes.
OVERNIGHT TOURS
Somoto Canyon & Las Segovias Route This region boast a wide variety of natural resources and ecoturism, with an added touch of richness in terms of its long religious history. We shall visit the Marian Sanctuary of the Virgen of Guadalupe, in the town of Dipilto, the handycraft town of Totogalpa, Ciudad Antigua, as well as the Somoto Canyon and even a factory known for its delicious "rosquillas".
Fishing Tour San Juan del Sur This tranquil bay, considered a fisherman's paradise, is a traditional tourist destination because of this beautiful beach and deep sea fishing. Its waters abound with blue marlin, swordfish and many other varieties of fish. It is one of the most visited sites in the Pacific coast and is a stopping-off point for many cruise ships as well.
The Promised Land Ometepe
Located in the middle of Lake Nicaragua, it is the world's largest island contained by a lake in the world. It is considered a sacred island with is two volcanoes, Concepcion and Maderas. We will visit beautiful sites,, such as the Charco Verde Lagoon, Punta Jesús María and the Santo Domingo beach, nestled between two volcanoes. We will also visit Altagracia, a town famous for the carved stone idols that adorn the entrance to its temple.
Coffee Route Matagalpa and Selva Negra
Matagalpa, located in the north-center of the country, is surrounded by impressive mountains covered with lush rainforests, with many coffee plantations which produce a distinctive rich flavored coffee. Enjoy a tour at Selva Negra, one of the largest coffee plantations of the area..
Water Route San Juan River
We begin our journey visiting the Solentiname Archipielago in Lake Cocibolca, famous as an artist's colony, and then you will visit Los Guatuzos, a wildlife refuge. As you go down the waters of the beautiful San Juan River, you will get to the Castle of the Immaculate Conception, a bulwark of defense against English pirates in the last half of the 18th century.
